Marquis Anderson

Marquis Anderson is the Founder & Executive Director of Groomed 4 Greatness Guild Inc. and the Founder & CEO of A.T.O.M. Styles LLC. A Master Barber and CASAC-T, he earned his license while incarcerated and has since transformed his lived experience into a results-driven model for workforce development, reentry, and recovery-informed mentorship. A returning citizen and survivor of life-threatening gun violence, Marquis builds disciplined, culturally competent environments where skilled trades become structured pathways to economic mobility and leadership.

His work converts community trust into measurable outcomes engaging young men and justice-impacted individuals in programs that restore dignity, strengthen families, and create sustainable futures. Through strategic partnerships and investment, he is scaling a proven pipeline from survival to generational impact.

Wess Crawford

 Crawford serves as Board Chairman of Groomed 4 Greatness Guild Inc., bringing steady leadership, strategic insight, and a deep understanding of communities navigating adversity. With years of experience mentoring and guiding individuals from troubled backgrounds, Wess is known for his calm presence, practical wisdom, and ability to lead with both authority and empathy. His leadership helps shape the Guild’s governance, vision, and accountability—ensuring that discipline, structure, and opportunity remain central to transforming lives and strengthening communities.

RN and Compliance Officer

Rachael Blanchette

Rachael Blanchette, RN, is a registered nurse with over six years of clinical experience in hospital-based care, including trauma and oncology settings. Her background emphasizes patient advocacy, ethical practice, and strong attention to clinical standards and documentation.

At Groomed 4 Greatness Guild Inc., Rachael supports the organization’s mission by overseeing compliance practices, ethical standards, and organizational accountability. She works closely with leadership to ensure programs operate with integrity, transparency, and a people-centered approach that reflects the Guild’s commitment to service.

Director of Security & Entertainment Robert

Robert Johnson

 Johnson is an entrepreneur and security executive with over 20 years of experience across entertainment, construction, and community service. A New York City native, he has managed high-level security operations for major venues, artists, and media platforms while leading teams in complex environments. Currently pursuing a degree in Social Work and Psychology, Robert combines operational expertise with a people-first mindset, strengthening the Guild’s commitment to safety, structure, and community empowerment.

Director of Talent Acquisition & Development

Keith Roseboro

Keith Roseboro is a talent acquisition and workforce development professional dedicated to connecting people to meaningful opportunity. Since beginning his career in 2015 as an Internship and Job Placement Coordinator, he has led strategic hiring initiatives, built early-talent pipelines, and facilitated career development programs across corporate and nonprofit sectors. Keith brings a systems-driven, people-first approach to the Guild—aligning recruitment, mentorship, and professional growth pathways that advance disciplined leadership and long-term economic mobility.

Joseph Moran Jr.

Joseph Moran Jr. serves on the Board of Directors of Groomed 4 Greatness Guild Inc., providing fiduciary oversight and strategic governance. With a background in construction management and e-commerce entrepreneurship, he brings operational discipline, financial awareness, and systems thinking to the Guild’s leadership structure.

Joseph is committed to accountability, sustainability, and ensuring that every resource entrusted to the organization advances structured pathways for leadership and measurable community impact.
